Alveley Recreation Ground and Play Area

The Children's Play Area is open.The Play Area is not supervised or cleaned on a daily basis.  Therefore, when using the Area it is essential to observe the following guidelines.

• If possible, please ensure all members of your party, especially children, have washed their hands thoroughly and/or used anti-bacterial hand cleanser before entering the Play Area.
• Please ensure any children under the age of 14 are supervised at all times
•  Please ensure that no more than one child (plus adult) or one family group is using each piece of equipment at any one time
•  Please show consideration to other children/families by limiting the time your party spend on each piece of equipment
•  Please remember to maintain social distancing – 2 metres if possible
•  Please encourage all members of your party to avoid touching their faces, or putting their hands in their mouths, or letting their mouths come into contact with the equipment
•  Please dispose of all rubbish safely in the bins provided or take it home
•  Do enjoy your visit, but please ensure all members of your party wash their hands thoroughly when you get home

Residents are also requested to comply with Government requirements while using the Recreation Ground i.e. use only for exercise, maintain social distancing, avoid congregating, leave immediately after exercising. 

ALVELEY POST OFFICE OUTREACH SERVICE AT ARDEN WAY COMMUNITY CENTRE

 Please note that the Post Office outreach service is now available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Arden Community Centre from 12.00 to 14.00.

All Monthly Meetings take place on Tuesday evening (usually the first in the month), commencing at 7.45pm, preceded by an Open Forum at 7.30pm. Meetings are held in the Pavilion, , Daddlebrook Road, Alveley.
